jetk7 Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the company operating the jetk7 platform ("jetk7", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "user"). 6 Prohibited User Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetk7 platform and are subject to penalty:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or placing strategic bets to avoid bonus terms.
• Operating an account using another person's identity or providing false information.
• Attempting to exploit technical flaws in the platform's software, games or systems.
• Betting or gaming using automated bots or unauthorized software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
• Harassing, deceiving or attempting to harm other users.
• Using or reproducing jetk7's intellectual property without permission.

If a user engages in any of the prohibited activities listed above, jetk7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice.

7 Platform Security and Fair Play Policy

• Games supplied directly from genuine game software providers are used.

• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
• Due to applicable law or direction from a regulatory authority.
• No activity for an extended period (12 months or more) — advance notice will be given in this case.

Where an account is closed without a rule violation, an attempt will be made to return the account's valid balance.

14 Miscellaneous Provisions

If any clause of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect. jetk7's failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term. These terms form the complete agreement between jetk7 and the user and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
